One of Those Days..

Have you ever had one of those days where nothing seemed to go right? Me too. I have thought long and hard about this and thought about how to make these depressing sad days as non depressing and sad as possible.

Here are my rules:

1. If you have a test that day or a work presentation and your nervous about it make a good breakfast and sleep! napping lets the brain rest and gives you a great energy burst to get the job done. Also everyone knows it’s harder to do things on an empty stomach, so don’t! Get out the frying pan some eggs and bacon, make yourself a meal you want to have but are usually to lazy. Food helps you think and feel better!

2. If you are sick and can’t leave the house, do something that doesn’t involve doing much. Get into you comfy jammys grab a laptop or movie and get the going. Watching movies on a sick day is always relaxing and always gets your mind off of being sick. Also if you have a computer or a laptop use it up! Maybe make a blog like this, play some computer games, or just watch some crazy youtube videos, this can pass the time and be fun.

3. If it’s one of those days where everyone is getting on your nervs at school or at work and you just feel like snapping, the easiest thing to do is laugh. When you laugh it’s proven to make you feel better and make others feel more comfortable and nicer around you. If this doesn’t work than find your nearest library or break room and be alone for a while. But don’t think negative thoughts! get a book or a journal, distract yourself by reading to your hearts content, or write about things that you look forward to doing or fun things you have done in the past. LRW (Laugh Read Write)

There you have it! these are some of the steps I take to make my bad days into… not so bad days. So if your ever in one of these situations try my tips, hope they help,

Nuff’ Said

junglejustine:

Again, if the only form of communication is email or some form of instant messanger, I will start to believe you are a robot or a pedophile.

Every laptop comes equipped with a mic and webcam nowadays and everyone has a cellphone and a housephone.

There are no space for excuses, not with all the technology that exists.

I quote John Lennon, “I don’t believe in The Beatles, I just believe in me.” Good point there. After all, he was the walrus. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (via filmquotes)
